Job Title: Training Manager
Company: RIMOWA Japan Co. Ltd.
Location: Tokyo, Japan

Responsibilities:
? Define the sales training strategy, design and overall planning coordinating with Global Training team
? Responsible for the deployment of the sales training for store managers and sales team on Brand’s history, selling techniques, cross selling opportunities as well and selling ceremonies.
? Responsible for engaging and developing store managers and store teams on sales related training topics, ensuring continuous improvement for the sales staff, store managers on selling techniques aspects.
? Develop and follow up action plans related to mystery shopping activities.
? Responsible for induction training for all new joiners, liaising with HR.
? Manage the network of external suppliers for training content and platform development.
? Define training framework and create a training path for the sales team.
? Coordinate with HR for action plans related to store managers and sales staff on soft skill training.
? Suggest improvements on training tools assisting store managers/sales force in identifying training needs and provide feedback to HQ training team.

Reporting Structure: Report to Head of Sales, RIMOWA Japan

? Training Consultants
? Training agencies, suppliers

Development Opportunities:

? Training manager of other LVMH Group companies.
? Increase responsibilities in line with growth of the company


Job Requirement:

? Education: University degree or higher
? Native level Japanese and Business level English
? At least 3 years’ experience in Retail industry/Luxury brand and experience in field training.
? Project management experience
? Selling and communication techniques.
? Knowledge of training processes, techniques and tools.
? Coaching techniques
? Basic PC skill (Excel, Words, Power Point)
? Product knowledge is plus.
